THE PANTHER SOFT SRL is the controller for the processing described in this policy. It applies to https://thepanthersoft.com.ar, its contact and quote forms, and the communications that originate through them.
If you engage our services or provide information through another channel, we may also process the data strictly necessary to assess, provide and follow up on that service.

Files and records
Inquiry data forms part of an electronic communications record maintained in the service inbox; technical data forms part of session and security records, and managed portfolio information forms part of a private project repository whose selected elements are published on the website.
2. Data we process
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process the following categories:
Data you provide
- Your name, email address, message and any optional details you choose to provide, such as company or phone number.
- Information used for quotes or support: solution or equipment type, make and model, objective, users, features, integrations, current status, references, deadline, priority, stages and budget.
- The content of later communications by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Trade name, logo and project information where publication in our portfolio is appropriate. Logo files may retain metadata embedded by their creator and are publicly accessible while published.
Technical and security data
- A necessary session cookie used to protect forms and maintain secure website functions.
- An IP address processed to create a pseudonymous HMAC identifier and timestamps used to limit abuse. We do not store the plain IP address in that ledger, which also excludes the inquiry message and email address.
- Standard technical logs maintained by the hosting provider, which may include IP address, date, requested resource, browser and diagnostic information.
Measurement data collected through Google Analytics
- Pages visited and interactions, numbers of users and sessions, approximate geographic location, and general browser and device information. Google receives the IP address during collection and states that it may use it for basic service functions, including approximate geolocation and spam detection; Google also states that it does not associate the raw IP address with user identifiers and discards it after use.
- First-party identifiers generated by Google Analytics to distinguish users and maintain session state.
We do not intentionally request sensitive data, passwords or access secrets through website forms. Please do not include them in free-text fields.
3. Purposes and whether data is required
Respond and prepare quotes
We use data to answer inquiries, understand a need, prepare a quote and coordinate pre-contract communications.
Provide services
Where applicable, we use it to perform, manage and support the requested professional or commercial relationship.
Publish our work
Portfolio information is used to display projects and clients when publication is authorized or agreed.
Protect the website
We process technical data to prevent fraud, spam, abuse, incidents and unauthorized access.
Improve the experience
We automatically collect statistics through Google Analytics to understand website use and improve content, navigation and performance.
Meet obligations
We may retain or disclose information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise and defend legal rights.
Required and optional data
Fields marked as required are needed to identify and respond to your request. The quote wizard also requires the indicated answers and permission to contact you. If you omit them, we cannot process the submission; if they are inaccurate, the response or quote may be delayed, incomplete or fail to reach you. Other fields are optional, although they may help us provide a more accurate response.
5. Recipients and international transfers
We do not use data collected through this website to sell or rent it. It may only be accessed by personnel authorized by THE PANTHER SOFT SRL and providers needed to operate the website, deliver email, host information, measure its use or provide the requested service.
Those categories include hosting and email providers, and Google as the Google Analytics provider from the time you access the website. We may also disclose information to authorities or third parties where required by law, pursuant to a valid order, or where needed to protect rights and safety.
Some providers’ infrastructure may involve processing outside Argentina. By checking the authorization and submitting a form, you expressly consent to any international transfer carried out by the hosting and email providers needed to deliver the inquiry, including to countries the AAIP has not declared adequate. From the time you access the website, Google and its affiliated entities automatically receive the measurement data described and may process it outside Argentina, including in countries the AAIP has not declared adequate. You may ask us for current information about the providers, their locations and applicable safeguards.
6. How long we retain information
- The website does not store inquiry contents in an application database or files: it delivers them by email to the configured service inbox.
- Emails and later communications are retained while needed to respond, prepare a quote, provide the service, maintain the professional or commercial relationship, comply with obligations or handle claims. They are then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
- HMAC identifiers and timestamps used for abuse prevention relate to a one-hour window. Pruning is deferred: expired records are excluded and removed when later activity is processed.
- The session cookie ends when the browser is closed. Analytics cookies have the durations stated above and can be deleted through browser settings.
- Analytics data is retained according to the remote property setting, which for user- and event-level data in a standard property may be 2 or 14 months and may reset with new activity. Standard aggregated reports may remain for longer. You may ask us for the current setting; cookies have the durations described above.
- Portfolio information remains publicly visible while the authorization or agreement supporting publication remains in effect. Following a valid removal request, we stop displaying it; a separate internal record may remain where needed to document the relationship, comply with obligations or handle claims.
7. Your rights
Under Argentine Law 25,326, you may request information and exercise rights of access, updating, correction, confidentiality or deletion of your data where applicable. You may also withdraw consent granted through forms or for publications without affecting processing performed before withdrawal.
- The right of access may generally be exercised free of charge once every six months. We must respond within 10 calendar days after receiving a valid request.
- Valid correction, update or deletion requests must be addressed within 5 business days.
- Deletion may not apply where retention is required by law or where it would harm the rights and legitimate interests of third parties.
To exercise a right, email hola@thepanthersoft.com.ar with the subject “Privacy”, describing your request and the information needed to locate the data. We may request reasonable proof of identity to avoid disclosing or changing another person’s information.

8. Security and other terms
Security and confidentiality
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, protected sessions, server-side validation, access controls, abuse limits and private storage for administrative resources. No system is completely infallible; if we identify an incident, we will act according to its scope and applicable obligations.
Children
The website is intended for businesses, professionals and people who can request services. We do not seek to knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that such data was submitted without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete it.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to WhatsApp, Google or other external services. Their operators determine their own privacy practices, so we recommend reviewing their policies before using them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology or our services. We will publish the current version at these same URLs and show its latest update date.
